Drew Ward is the Founder and CEO of Renegade Infrastructure, bringing nearly two decades of expertise in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on business development, origination, commercial strategy, and M&A. Before founding Renegade, Drew served as Partner and Chief Commercial Officer at Pinnacle Midstream, where he led all commercial and origination efforts, leveraging his deep industry relationships to generate significant value. Over the last seven years, he played a key role in the realization of nearly $1 billion in development, operations, and monetization within the private equity space.

Drew’s prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Commercial and Business Development at Twin Eagle Midstream and various leadership roles at Kinder Morgan Midstream and Crosstex Energy.

Drew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in political science from Texas A&M University and is a graduate of the Lee Hecht Harrison Executive Leadership Institute. He was named a “Future Oil and Gas Leader” by Oil and Gas Awards in 2015 and recognized as a Hart Energy “40 under 40” honoree in 2019. Drew is an active board member of the GPA Midstream Association and has previously been involved with Fort Worth Wildcatters and the Texas Pipeline Association.

Jason Tanous is a Partner and the Chief Financial Officer at Renegade Infrastructure, bringing over 20 years of energy experience in industry and executive financial management. Prior to joining Renegade, Jason served as Partner and Chief Financial Officer at Pinnacle Midstream. He was also a founding partner of PSI Midstream and held several leadership roles at Superior Natural Gas Corporation. Over the last seven years, he played a key role in the realization of nearly $1 billion in development, operations, and monetization within the private equity space.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in business administration and finance from Texas A&M University.
